Home Delivery is available to Gardner residents who are experiencing long term or termporary limitations due to age, mobility, injury, or health issues that keep them from the library. You must also have an active library card. If you need one or aren’t sure of the account number, give us a call. We can help.
Our Home Delivery service allows patrons to have materials selected and delivered on a monthly basis. Home Delivery recipients must be home or have a household member available to receive the delivery at the scheduled date/time. Library items will be delivered by a staff member or volunteer. Items that are due will be picked up at the time of delivery.

Use this form to register for the Levi Heywood Memorial Library’s Home Delivery service. Your completed form may be left at the Main Circulation Desk, mailed to the library, or emailed to leviheywoodlibrary@cwmars.org.
