
Computers
The library has 6 desktop computers for public use in the Reference Department. These computers are free to use and have free access to the internet. They require either a library card or guest pass (issued from the Reference Desk) to log in.
- Computer sessions are timed, but extensions are offered if no one is waiting.
- Each computer is equipped with LibreOffice.
- Our computers fully delete any data or saved files after logout. Please make sure to back up your work (save to a cloud, email, or USB drive) periodically to avoid losing any progress.
- Our computers shut down 10 minutes before closing each day.
There are 2 desktop computers available for use in the Children’s Room for youth and their guardians.

Laptops
The library has 25 laptops and tablets for in-library use only. All borrowers must have a valid CWMars Library card in good standing. Borrowers must be 12 years of age or older and must use their own library card.
- Laptop sessions are limited to two hours. They may be renewed if no other patrons are waiting.
- Each device is equipped with LibreOffice.

- Laptops must be returned to the Reference Desk 15 minutes prior to closing.

Wifi
The Library offers free Wifi inside the building.
The Wifi name is LibraryPublicHotspot

Printing Services
The Library provides black-and-white printing at a cost of $0.10 per page and color printing at a cost of $0.25 per page.

Wireless Printing with Princh
Pay via the Print Release Terminal in the Reference Department or at the Reference Desk.

Copies and Scanning
There is a copy machine in the Reference Department for making black-and-white copies for $0.15 per page. The copy machine can also be used to scan documents to a USB drive for free.

Faxing
The Levi Heywood Memorial Library is pleased to provide fax service to the public. The cost for faxes sent is $1.00 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page. Cash only. The Library can only send faxes, not receive them.

individual.

We are unable to assist with
- Fixing broken devices, or removing computer viruses
- Tax, legal, financial, or medical advice
- Writing, typing, or proofreading documents on your behalf
- Assisting with credit card or financial transactions
